As the federal government continues to deploy and track new COVID-19 vaccines and new opportunities for storing virus testing samples arise, Polar Leasing is satisfying the demand for walk-in refrigerated and freezer storage units at facilities around the country. The company was just notified that it received a trusted service award from Feefo for delivering exceptional customer experience as rated by its customers, according to Bart Tippmann, president of Polar Leasing.

“It’s a great honor for Polar Leasing to receive such a respected award from Feefo to recognize our customer service for the past three years,” says Tippmann.  “It’s not only valuable to our business, it is a great way to prove that we listen, care, and can be trusted by our customers. Interestingly, we earned this award during a period when we experienced a pandemic.”

To receive a Platinum Trusted Service 2021 award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2020, and achieved a Feefo gold service rating of a least 4.5 for the past three consecutive years.

“We have now expanded beyond 80 distribution depots with hundreds of chambers available across the United States and—in some cases—can deliver orders within 24 hours,” says Tippmann. “Custom controlled chambers can also be manufactured to customer specifications,” he adds.
