I can’t thank you enough for your effort in delivering exactly what you promised for what was the largest single day, high end catering event in New York city history. We had to deal with hundreds of vendors and delivery schedules all trying to fit into this cumbersome city. Your guys were not only on time, but helped move all 8 of your walk-in coolers and freezers into the exact spots on the architectural plans during a rain storm. On that 92 degree day, while we were feeding 11,500 guests, many of our reach in freezers (not from Polar Leasing) did not hold up well. We were fortunate to have your units there to transfer our product around. They all held temperature with no variances throughout the event. We look forward to producing the same event next year with your equipment.

Thanks to the Polar Leasing Team for a year of efficient service to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Food & Beverage Department. Thank you Polar Leasing for a job well done.  Our facility already had one of your walk-in freezers onsite and when we were rapidly running out of storage space Polar came through with a second unit delivered within 3 days of the order.  Your team was also quick to schedule a minor service call to get the unit up and running with a technician onsite the day after the service call was placed, your response was lightning fast.  It felt like a “snap of the fingers” and boom we had functional deep freeze unit in place in our back yard.
